I am a Counseling Psychologist from Mumbai, India.I have done Masters in Social Psychology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Counseling Psychology. My experience in this field is of 18 years and from last 6 years I am using Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) for my clients. I also have a passion for spreading EFT as much as possible so that more and more people can benefit from this simple but amazingly powerful technique so, I conduct EFT workshops for different topics like:

  • Stress Management
  • Enhancing Parenting Skill
  • Developing better self esteem
  • Overcoming  blocks etc.

EFT is a combination of Energy Psychology and Acupressure and it can be used to release emotional overwhelm. EFT has shown great benefit in areas like anxiety, anger, pain management, addictions to name a few.

I am also introducing a unique concept of “Tapping Meet” which is starting from 7th September, 2015. Wherein I will be taking the parents through a healing process so that they can let go off the emotional Baggage, which eventually will help them to be Empowered Parents.

Presently I am working in Sardar Patel Institute of Technology as a part time counselor and have my private practice in Western Suburb.
